Vegan Banana Bread
makes one loaf
Tip: Try this highly rated Wholesome Sweeteners Organic Turbinado Raw Cane Sugar, 24-Ounce Pouches (Pack of 12)
1 1/2 cups flour -- whole wheat
1/2 cup wheat bran
1/2 cup wheat germ
3/4 cup turbinado sugar
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 bananas -- mashed
1 apple -- finely chopped
Combine all ingredients. Bake this banana bread 60-75 minutes in a greased and floured loaf pan,
or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove from pan
and cool on its side.
